Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadian followers! As I reflect back on the many things I am thankful for, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support of my events and ideas I’ve shared! I so LOVE our scrapbooking community, it has brought me so much joy to share with you and get to know so many of you even better! Thank you for welcoming me into your scrapbooking world!
As I reflect, I remember back to last year when I hosted a 30 Days of Thanks (turned into 100 days because we loved it so much) workshop based on a handout guide I created. Participants LOVED the process and many felt it helped them reflect and be thankful for so many things in their lives. Gratitude makes us pause to think, recognize, and appreciate the good that is happening around us. Gratitude researchers have even found that gratitude has a much greater impact on your wellbeing when you are SPECIFIC about what you’re thankful for, hence my scrapbook project!
My ’30 Days of Thanks’ handout is now available for sale in my ETSY Store! While the workshop is not included in this guide, this is a step-by-step process on how to introduce gratitude into your daily lives and create a scrapbook album along the way.
