FUN with Flamingos!

Someone once asked me why I love flamingos? The answer is simple, when you think of a flamingo, you can’t help but smile!

So, when Creative Memories released the Summertime Collection, you can imagine I couldn’t wait to open it up and create with the flamingo paper and stickers! Take a look at the FUN layout I created, I bet you can’t help but smile!

For this layout, I know I wanted the flamingo paper to be the focus, along with the photos of course! By crossing the paper over both sides of the layout, adding smaller square photos, the flamingo paper really does stand out.

A TIP with using so many patterned papers is to ink the edges with the Alphabet Stamp Set ink pad, this gives a visual separation between the patterns.

To create this layout, you will need the following supplies from Creative Memories

• Summertime Fast2Fast-Inspired Designer Paper for the background
• Summertime Paper Pack – Flamingo Paper
• Summertime Stickers
• Summertime Laser Cut Borders
• 12″ Trimmer
• Alphabet Stamp Set Ink Pad (to ink the edges of the papers)

To create, simply cut the papers according to the sketch above. Use the Fast2Fab-Inspired Designer Papers as the background, ink the edges of the papers with the ink pad from the Alphabet Stamp Set, add a title and embellishments.
